Tally Ho! Score Keeper ("the App") is a card game score keeping application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter into the App — including player names, scores, and saved player groups — is stored locally on your device only using on-device storage.
The App does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. No usage data is collected or sent to any server.
The App includes an optional local multiplayer feature that uses Apple Multipeer Connectivity to communicate directly with nearby devices over WiFi and Bluetooth. This communication is peer-to-peer and local only — no data is sent to the internet or any external server. The only data exchanged between devices is game state (player names, bids, scores, and round progress) for the duration of the multiplayer session. No data from local multiplayer is stored on other players' devices after the session ends.
The App does not connect to the internet, transmit data to external servers, or communicate with any third-party services. The only network activity is the optional local peer-to-peer multiplayer described above.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use its features.
All app data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. You can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for use by all ages.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
